12-Month Hotel Management Certificate with Hotel Training in Malaysia
This 12-month programme combines academy coursework with Work Based Learning in a real hotel environment. It is designed for international students aged 18 to 25 who have completed high school and want practical hospitality experience while studying in Malaysia.
What Work Based Learning actually means
Work Based Learning combines academic study with structured practical training. Students complete academy coursework while gaining experience in a functioning hotel environment during the same programme period.
The host hotel pays a training allowance of RM1,300 a month across all 12 months, with accommodation and duty meals provided. The allowance reaches you through Gradduos Empire each month. Gradduos Empire explains the training schedule, host venue and support arrangements before enrolment and provides the confirmed terms in writing.
Hotel Management Subjects and Academy Coursework
The partner academy delivers the Hotel Management coursework and sets the academic requirements. Before enrolment, students receive the subject list, assessment method and exact certificate name from the academy responsible for their intake. The certificate is awarded by the partner academy the student enrols with.
Hotel Training and Placement Options in Malaysia
Students complete structured training at internationally branded five-star hotels in Malaysia. The available venue and department exposure are confirmed before the placement begins, based on the intake and student profile. A listed venue is not a guarantee of placement at that particular property.

The RM9,000 covers your EMGS fee, your tuition, your medical screening and your airport pickup. Instalment plans available on request. Fees are paid to Gradduos Empire, which settles them with the academy. The allowance is paid directly by the host hotel and reaches you through Gradduos Empire each month. The programme runs for 12 months. There is no second year and no second year's tuition. Before payment, students receive written confirmation of the fee breakdown, items included, costs paid separately, allowance arrangements and accommodation terms.

Applicants should meet the following requirements. Final admission is subject to the partner academy reviewing and accepting the application.

Hotel Management Programme Intakes
Intakes run in the second week of:

Apply early because the partner academy needs time to review the application and process the student-pass submission. Intake availability and student-pass approval are not guaranteed until confirmed.

The academy available depends on the intake, academic background and programme arrangement. Before enrolment, Gradduos Empire identifies the proposed academy and provides the exact certificate name and awarding body for the student to review.
What Gradduos Empire and the Academy Each Handle
Gradduos Empire manages student recruitment, coordinates academy and hotel training placement and accommodation, and provides a local point of contact in Malaysia. The partner academy reviews admission and handles student-pass processing. These responsibilities are recorded in the student’s written programme information.
