Work Based Learning combines study with structured practical training. The host hotel provides a training allowance, accommodation and duty meals. Agencies should still ensure that every student understands the complete budget, all costs paid separately and the written terms that apply to the placement.

How the Agency Partnership Works
Before referrals begin, GE explains the programme, student costs, responsibilities, communication process and proposed commercial arrangement. Both parties record the agreed terms in a signed agreement or MOU.

We talk it through
Programme detail, intakes, what we each handle, and the commercial terms — properly, on a call, not in a brochure.
We sign an agreement
Terms are set out in a signed agreement or MOU before any student moves. Both sides know where they stand.
You start referring
We keep you updated on each student through application, offer, student pass and arrival.
We do not publish commercial terms because they depend on the arrangement. Ask, and we will tell you straight.
