What we do with your information.

What we collect

When you contact us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, we hold what you send: your name, contact details, country, study interests and message. If you go on to apply, we also hold the documents needed for your academy application.

What we use it for

Answering you, checking whether you qualify, applying to an academy on your behalf, and arranging your placement and accommodation. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We share relevant application details with your academy and the hotel arranging your placement once you have asked us to proceed. Website enquiries use Cloudflare to process the form and check for spam, and Resend to deliver your message to our inbox. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

While we are helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page usage and actions such as WhatsApp-button clicks. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location and usage information. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and loading performance. Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, Cloudflare for form processing and Resend for email delivery.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop all analytics requests. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers. Read more about Google Analytics cookies and Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Asking us about your information

Message us on +60 12-248 5857 or email [email protected] and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
